Shipping Policy

RYVE ships within the United Kingdom. All orders are sold and dispatched by Oval Standard Ltd, London.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Delivery

Delivery is free on all UK orders. We deliver by Royal Mail, and orders usually arrive within 2 to 4 working days of dispatch.

These timings are estimates rather than guarantees. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us at support@ovalstandard.com and we will chase it or send a replacement.

Age restriction on delivery

Our products contain nicotine and are for adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where we cannot reasonably satisfy ourselves of this.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will be refunded once received back.

International orders

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Nicotine product regulations vary by country, and we would rather do one market properly.
